📝 How to register for the real‑name application

• Please first register a Zaiko account and enter your full English name exactly as it appears on your ID (names cannot be changed once registered).
• Registration and e‑ticket collection can be done via the Zaiko website or mobile app.Up to two tickets per order.
• If registering for more than one ticket category, please submit separate applications.
• Wheelchair tickets are only for eligible persons.
• All tickets require real-name registration: provide each participant’s English full name (half-width letters only) and the first 4 characters (letters/numbers) of their valid ID.

⚠️ Real‑name ticketing notes

• The ticket will display the registered English name and part of the ID number.
• Ticket info cannot be changed once registered.
• If the name or ID number doesn’t match the actual ID at entry, you will be refused entry with no refund.
• Registration does not guarantee qualification; all applications will be further screened by the system. Duplicate or ineligible applications will be disqualified – please double-check before submitting.
• If an error is found, cancel the application under “My Applications” in your Zaiko account and re-register. Registration or cancellation is allowed during the registration period; no changes accepted after the deadline.
• If purchasing two tickets, the system will try to allocate adjacent seats; if unavailable, non-adjacent seats will be assigned.
• Tickets will be sent to the selected applicants’ Zaiko account; the official QR code for entry will appear three hours before the show.

• If the same person makes multiple applications with identical information, all tickets will be cancelled.
• Impersonation with another person’s info will void the order and any tickets you were selected for.
• Do not share ticket info, order details, or QR codes.
• Buying tickets via unofficial channels is strictly prohibited — you may lose entry and risk fraud.
• After successful purchase, ticket info cannot be modified.
